SMS Consent Process

Vision Professional Group LLC, doing business as Vision Landscape Supply, sends non-marketing, transactional SMS messages only to drivers and motor carriers who are assigned to a shipment and who first provide express verbal consent.

How verbal opt-in works

  1. A Vision Landscape Supply employee speaks directly with the assigned driver or carrier before entering the mobile number into VisionTrack or sending any text message.
  2. The employee identifies Vision Landscape Supply, explains the shipment-tracking SMS program, states the expected message content and frequency, gives the STOP and HELP instructions, and explains that message and data rates may apply.
  3. The employee reads the consent script below and asks for an affirmative response. Silence, failure to object, or consent provided by another person is not accepted.
  4. The employee records the mobile number, date and time, employee name, shipment or load number, and the driver's affirmative verbal consent in the shipment record.

Message content

Messages are limited to the assigned shipment and may include secure tracking links, pickup or delivery details, operational status requests, delivery reminders, and electronic proof-of-delivery instructions. Vision Landscape Supply does not use this program for marketing.

Opt-out and help
