These Terms & Conditions govern the shipment-tracking service operated by Vision Professional Group LLC, doing business as Vision Landscape Supply, including transactional SMS communications sent to participating drivers and carriers.
Shipment-tracking service
The service provides secure shipment information, tracking, operational status updates, delivery documents, and electronic proof-of-delivery tools. Tracking information is provided for operational convenience and may be delayed or unavailable because of device settings, browser limitations, connectivity, or third-party services.
SMS program
By verbally opting in to the Vision Landscape Supply shipment-tracking SMS program, you agree to receive transactional text messages about an assigned shipment. Messages may include secure tracking links, pickup and delivery information, status requests, delivery reminders, and electronic proof-of-delivery instructions. Messages are operational and are not marketing messages.

- Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Reply HELP for help or contact 850-269-7223.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Acceptable use
Secure tracking links are intended only for the assigned driver, carrier, customer, and authorized Vision Landscape Supply personnel. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or share a secure link with an unauthorized person.
